Youghal under 21 were the first team out to the field this year.We played Clashmore in a challenge game in Clashmore Friday 13th Jan.This was a great open game with some great scores from both side.We fielded a very young side with a number of young minors playing their first game out of juvenile.
We started very rusty but managed to get a few scores together thanks to 2 points from Adrian Curtain and 2 from James O Mahony.Thankfully Clashmore only got 4 point aswell,so all level at half time.
The second we made a few changes to allow everyone a game,even with a weeker team we played excellant.Scores coming from David O Mahony 1/1 ,Colin Keenaghan 0/1,Adrian Curtain 0/3,James O Mahony 0/1,Aaron O Connor 1/0.
